"I went into the State Farm Office this morning to add something on my existing homeowners policy, and to inquire about the process to repair/replace my windshield, as there is a crack I sustained on it , and getting larger. Was greeted by Briana, and Tyler sat in the lobby with me to discuss my questions. Tyler is not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable and really wants to help his clients. "I was lost navigating my parents' prior home. We decided to keep it and offer it as a rental. We are out-of-state and unable to monitor our property well. My mom had used this branch of State Farm for over 20 years. After my first phone call, I understood why. Clear and concise communication. A personal visit to the home in order to discuss coverage...the differences between a regular policy and a policy geared toward rentals. Personal and professional service, and timely follow-ups.
